Next time around it may get extended by five years."We are on the cusp of something really significant," Clean Power Now's Matt Palmer told Hartford Courant columnist Rick Green. I love this photo because it exudes optimism, the way photos of ship-launchings always do.But the summer of '42 (many of you probably remember a great old movie by that name) was not an optimistic one for the Allies.
